Salary: 16,200 - 23,200 PLN gross monthly

What you will do
- Lead a team of Senior and Associate Customer Assurance specialists, managing their training, development, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate responses to customer audit requests, compliance questionnaires, and RFPs to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding compliance with NIST, SOC2, ISO27001, and COBIT.
- Enhance the Customer Assurance program by refining processes and implementing technology to automate operations.
- Maintain strategic relationships with key business stakeholders to align security communications with industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in information security, customer assurance, or project management.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams, preferably managing global teams.
- Deep understanding of security foundations including IAM, network security, and endpoint/application security.
- Familiarity with ISO27001, NIST, SOC2, and COBIT frameworks.
- Fluent business English skills (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Poland.
