What you will do

• Manage fleet contract setup in SAP, including customers, pricing, vehicles, and billing.
• Maintain fleet master data for customers, vendors, contracts, pricing, and assets.
• Handle billing activities, pre-invoicing checks, discrepancy resolution, and month-end closure.
• Support queries from customers and service providers on invoicing, pricing, mileage, and services.
• Perform system activities like job monitoring, intercompany processes, and vendor self-billing.
• Collaborate with Front Office, service providers, and stakeholders; mentor juniors and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years in support function (customer service, help desk); 1+ year in Fleet Back Office.
• SAP experience and good Excel knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate in a team.
