TL;DR

Senior iOS Software Engineer (Digital Banking): Taking ownership of complex end-to-end project initiatives to deliver high-quality features for digital banking platforms with an accent on iOS development, mixed-language codebases, and engineering best practices. Focus on system analysis, robust code writing, mentoring juniors, and ensuring reliable software delivery under production standards.

Remote within the United States (except California). Ineligible for immigration sponsorship. May require onsite interview or in-person onboarding.

What you will do

  • Lead system analysis, programming, and delivery of software into production.
  • Develop, test, and review applications based on business requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams for high-quality product delivery.
  • Handle critical tasks independently, set timelines, and participate in technical discussions.
  • Create documentation, stay updated on technologies, and recommend improvements.
  • Debug issues, lead tests, and contribute to product architecture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of technical experience in iOS software engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C for mixed-language codebases.
  • Solid experience with Foundation, CoreData, UIKit, or SwiftUI frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Swift Package Manager.
  • Apply native iOS design paradigms and collaborate on best practices.

Nice to have

  • Scripting languages like Ruby, YAML, or Python.
  • Frameworks: AuthenticationServices, AppIntents, PassKit, Charts, CoreML, ProximityReader, or VisionKit.
  • REST API design or backend collaboration.
  • Experience on macOS, tvOS, or watchOS.
  • Tools: Jira, Figma, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Fastlane.
