What you will do

• Design and develop studio-wide modules, shared systems, and toolsets;
• Build robust, scalable game features and systems using Unity and C#;
• Research and implement solutions for complex technical challenges;
• Maintain technical backlog with refactoring, estimates, and decisions on architecture and optimization;
• Improve technical processes, codebases, and performance across platforms;
• Collaborate to identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure stable project delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Unity game development;
• Strong C# and OOP (async/await, coroutines, generics, interfaces, SOLID);
• Understanding of game principles, physics, and optimization;
• Experience with ECS, MVC/MVP, DI, services, data-driven approaches;
• Unity asset loading (Addressables, Resources), Firebase, IAP, Ads, Unity Gaming Services;
• Development for Android, iOS, PC, WebGL;
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have

• Shipped game titles contributions;
• Shaders, networking, AI, physics, or UI in Unity;
• Multiplayer networking experience.
