What you will do

• Plan, organize, and execute day-to-day testing activities collaborating with developers, architects, and release managers.
• Participate in scrum and product planning, responsible for all testing phases, strategies, and reporting.
• Document issues, facilitate communication, validate and close bugs before delivery.
• Collaborate with QA team to complete tasks on time with high quality.
• Develop processes for quality assurance and investigate workflows to keep them updated.
• Assist in training programs, new hire orientation, project kickoffs, and requirements gathering.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience writing clear test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with white-box and black-box testing.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Proficiency in Postman, JMeter.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum processes.
