What you will do

• Handle end-to-end shipment planning and booking for ocean exports, including pre-booking, schedule assignment, and securing space with carriers.
• Coordinate with account management, procurement, and carriers to ensure timely SO release and manage soft/hard allocations.
• Act as first line of escalation for booking exceptions, delays, and shortfalls, resolving issues through structured workflows.
• Monitor and improve carrier performance on schedule integrity, equipment, and service quality.
• Build and refine operational workflows, spot improvement areas using metrics, and contribute feedback to product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or ocean carrier operations
• Strong Vietnamese (native) and English communication skills
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City office; willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
• Process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Comfortable working with data, systems, and tools for decisions and improvements.
