What you will do
- Extract and analyze sales data from IQVIA and CRM systems to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly brand reports for internal stakeholders and partners.
- Manage the Purveyance CRM, including product pricing, category updates, and system configurations.
- Provide technical support and reporting insights to the sales team to track performance.
- Coordinate product listings and deal submissions with wholesalers such as API, Sigma, and Symbion.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in a data, reporting, or analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, specifically with pivot tables, lookups, and complex data manipulation.
- Proven ability to manage and extract insights from large, complex datasets.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be based in the Philippines to accommodate hybrid work in specified locations.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM system administration and commercial sales data.
- Familiarity with IQVIA datasets or similar market data providers.
- Exposure to Power BI or other business intelligence dashboard tools.
