WE’RE HIRING | 1ST LEVEL SUPPORT SPECIALIST – B2B
📍 Malta (Onsite)
🔎 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage the ticketing system (acknowledge, replicate, assign & follow up on client issues)
✅ Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
✅ Provide software training and guidance to clients
✅ Keep documentation organised and up to date
✅ Support senior team members with daily operational tasks
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✅ Previous experience in a support role (B2B experience is a plus)
✅ Strong Microsoft Excel skills or equivalent
✅ Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
✅ Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
✅ Experience in the gaming industry is an asset
✅ Knowledge of online affiliate marketing concepts is beneficial
✅ Familiarity with Jira, Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
✅ Basic understanding of a programming language is considered an advantage
