Requirements:
- Experience as a System / Business Analyst for 3+ years.
- Strong understanding of Client–Server and microservices architecture.
- Solid knowledge of UML and BPMN 2.0.
- Experience working with APIs: Swagger / OpenAPI, Postman.
- Strong SQL skills (complex queries, JOINs, GROUP BY, subqueries).
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
- Experience with tools: Jira / Confluence, Miro / Draw.io / Visio.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or high-load systems.
- Understanding of OAuth2.
- Experience with event-driven architecture.
- Knowledge of Docker fundamentals and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of JWT, Idempotency, and retries.
- Experience collaborating with Backend (Java / .NET) and Frontend (Flutter / Web) teams.
- English level – Intermediate and above.

Andersen is hiring a System Analyst in Almaty to develop and maintain core banking services, creating a foundation for other teams to build upon while enhancing customer experience and scalability.

The project is focused on developing a CRM solution that provides a unified workspace for customer care center employees, helping streamline communication, improve service processes, and enhance customer support efficiency.
