TL;DR

Focus on resolving complex technical issues in legacy codebases, performing major Drupal version upgrades, and integrating CraftCMS solutions.

Location: Work from home, must be based in the Philippines

What you will do

  • Develop and enhance Drupal-based websites, including custom modules, themes, and integrations.
  • Manage Drupal upgrades, security patches, and major version transitions.
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues across diverse client platforms.
  • Maintain and optimize CraftCMS platforms and deployment workflows.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI, QA, and stakeholders to deliver secure and maintainable solutions.
  • Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD, environment management, and automated deployments.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of professional development experience, with 3–5 years specialized in Drupal (8, 9, 10, or 11).
  • Strong PHP skills with a focus on object-oriented programming.
  • Proficiency with LAMP/LEMP stacks, Composer, and Git.
  • Solid front-end capabilities (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) for responsive web development.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CraftCMS content modelling and plugin development.
  • Familiarity with managed hosting platforms such as Acquia, Pantheon, or Platform.sh.
  • Experience with Docker-based tools (DDEV, Lando) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of headless Drupal architectures, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
  • Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
