What you will do

• Shape effective operating model across food and Q-commerce verticals, maximizing synergies between functions and teams.
• Define quarterly OKRs and priorities for Qatar team, acting as key customer for Product and Technology.
• Own full P&L: design and execute strategy, prepare budgets, meet EBITDA targets, recommend investments.
• Lead large diverse team across logistics, marketing, sales, performance, partnerships; handle legal, PR, government relations.
• Identify growth opportunities, leverage data for day-to-day and long-term decisions.
• Launch local, regional, global transformational programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
