TL;DR

Product Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity): Own go-to-market strategy for HTB Enterprise portfolio with an accent on positioning, messaging, and launch execution that drives awareness, adoption, and pipeline. Focus on translating technical capabilities into compelling stories for enterprise security leaders, arming sales teams with tools, and iterating based on customer insights and data.

Location: Athens, Greece (hybrid 2+ days in office; fully remote option if not Attica resident)

What you will do

  • Own go-to-market strategy including positioning, messaging, and end-to-end product launches.
  • Partner with Product team to understand roadmap and translate features into buyer value.
  • Equip sales with battlecards, one-pagers, ROI frameworks, objection handling, and demo narratives.
  • Produce high-quality collateral from technical content to executive messaging.
  • Gather customer insights from win/loss analysis, interviews, and feedback to refine positioning.
  • Collaborate with demand gen, content, and field marketing for integrated campaigns; track and report impact.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in B2B product marketing or adjacent role (solutions engineering, sales enablement, technical content, demand gen)
  • Genuine cybersecurity knowledge to engage with CISOs and SOC analysts
  • Strong writing skills to simplify complex topics without jargon.
  • Collaborative approach and commercial instinct focused on revenue and buyer journey.
  • Energy, ownership, and ability to move fast in a scaling business.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity vendor, MSSP, or enterprise security team.
  • Background as Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant.
  • Familiarity with enterprise buying cycles and competitive intelligence tools.
  • Portfolio of positioning work, launch plans, or sales collateral.
