Senior Manager, Accounting Advisory (Skilled Nursing): Delivering CFO-level accounting and financial advisory for skilled nursing organizations with an accent on financial reporting, benchmarking, forecasting, and operational improvement. Location: Remote; travel up to 10%
Salary: $142,000–$195,000 annual base pay, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do
- Provide CFO-level accounting advisory and strategic financial guidance to skilled nursing clients.
- Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality, completeness, and timely delivery.
- Prepare and analyze benchmarking data, key performance indicators, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models.
- Present reporting packages and findings to client stakeholders.
- Provide technical accounting support and identify operational inefficiencies through client discovery sessions.
- Lead US and offshore engagement teams and coach staff and senior accountants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant public accounting or industry accounting experience.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Experience leading teams through organizational change and process improvement.
- Strong project management, relationship-building, financial analysis, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience managing remote teams and collaborating across geographies.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, PointClickCare, or similar industry accounting software.
- Ability to embrace and adopt new technologies.
