What you will do
- Support business access requirements across multiple systems and resolve day-to-day issues.
- Design, implement, and manage user access controls, permissions, and provisioning lifecycle.
- Automate identity and roles provisioning/de-provisioning processes.
- Maintain RBAC and ABAC models.
- Provide ServiceDesk support and troubleshooting within SLAs.
- Handle long-term projects alongside daily tasks and improve processes with best practices.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 4 years in IT Helpdesk, IT Operations support, or IAM Analyst.
- Background in no-code automations and APIs.
- Solid SQL knowledge.
- Good knowledge of Okta or similar IDP, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365.
- Strong customer service, communication, organizational, analytical skills; proactive ownership.
