TL;DR

Analyst, GSD Identity and Access Management (Bangkok-based): Support business access requirements, manage user provisioning lifecycle, and automate identity processes with an accent on RBAC/ABAC models and API integrations. What you will do

  • Support business access requirements across multiple systems and resolve day-to-day issues.
  • Design, implement, and manage user access controls, permissions, and provisioning lifecycle.
  • Automate identity and roles provisioning/de-provisioning processes.
  • Maintain RBAC and ABAC models.
  • Provide ServiceDesk support and troubleshooting within SLAs.
  • Handle long-term projects alongside daily tasks and improve processes with best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum 4 years in IT Helpdesk, IT Operations support, or IAM Analyst.
  • Background in no-code automations and APIs.
  • Solid SQL knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of Okta or similar IDP, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365.
  • Strong customer service, communication, organizational, analytical skills; proactive ownership.
