What you will do
- Design production-ready AI agents with autonomous tool-use and advanced reasoning capabilities to support complex business workflows.
- Architect stateful multi-step workflows using modern orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or AutoGen.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, including robust data ingestion, embedding, indexing, and re-ranking strategies.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems via APIs and external data sources for safe real-world interaction.
- Establish evaluation, observability, and guardrail frameworks covering accuracy, safety, and operational cost.
- Deploy and scale AI applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud services.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python expertise.
- Proven experience building agent-based or autonomous systems in production.
- Strong experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI), function calling, and orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Deep understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Azure cloud platforms.
