What you will do

• Own and evolve developer-facing programs, refining sponsorships, maintainer relationships, and program visibility for measurable ecosystem impact.
• Define developer ecosystem strategy, identify focus areas, build partnerships, and position hirify.global centrally in the modern web.
• Lead global conference and sponsorship strategy, represent at flagship events, and establish ROI for investments.
• Shape developer thought leadership and narrative to reinforce brand and product positioning.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Developer Experience, Community, Product Marketing, and Brand teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Developer Relations, Developer Marketing, OSS leadership, or ecosystem strategy; 1+ year team management.
• Experience owning or scaling open source or ecosystem programs.
• Strong relationships in modern web or open source community.
• Experience managing sponsorships and evaluating ROI.
• Proven conference speaking at high-visibility developer events.
• Deep technical fluency with modern web technologies (e.g., Next.js, frontend frameworks, cloud platforms).
• Willing and able to travel regularly for conferences and ecosystem engagements.
