What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines for analytical and operational needs.
• Define and lead a data integration roadmap to ensure information quality, availability, and traceability.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Implement and optimize data solutions using BigQuery, Dataform, Terraform, Python, and APIs within the GCP ecosystem.
• Promote data governance and literacy to encourage data-informed decision-making across the organization.
• Mentor peers and contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in Data Engineering or similar roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and BigQuery, with experience in Dataform or dbt.
• Strong knowledge of Python for data processing and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Git.
• Fluency in Spanish (team language) and intermediate English (B1) for documentation and international collaboration.
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments and participate in cross-functional collaboration.
