TL;DR

Video Content Lead (Video Production): Driving the creative direction of the Mr. Bricks project by developing engaging video ideas and high-performing scripts with an accent on YouTube growth and audience analysis. Location: Hybrid (Offices in Vilnius, Lithuania)

Compensation: Up to €5,000 gross monthly salary plus performance-based bonuses

What you will do

  • Lead writers' rooms and provide constructive feedback to scriptwriters to maintain a strong creative vision.
  • Invent compelling video ideas through in-depth research and audience analysis.
  • Write clear, actionable briefs for scripts, ensuring well-defined structure and narrative flow.
  • Transform YouTube and internet trends into well-structured briefs and engaging scripts.
  • Oversee production and post-production processes through final delivery.
  • Use performance data to continuously refine and improve creative output.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading creative teams or content development in digital media.
  • Expertise in writing script briefs and a strong understanding of script structure.
  • In-depth knowledge of YouTube growth, including thumbnails, titles, and storytelling.
  • Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to create binge-worthy content.
  • Genuine passion for internet trends and meme culture.
