hirify.global is a global financial services firm whose Global Tax team manages worldwide tax activities, reporting obligations, and transaction-related tax risks.

What you will do

• Oversee the review of tax returns for investment partnerships and multi-state returns for tiered partnerships.
• Oversee income tax provisions, including uncertain tax positions.
• Review fund tax compliance work, including federal and state returns and K1/K3 forms.
• Work with and challenge input from external advisors, accounting firms, tax accountants, auditors, and fund administrators.
• Coordinate with Controllers and Global Tax colleagues, particularly across the US and EMEA.

Requirements

• Professional tax qualification; CPA is preferred.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification tax experience at a leading firm.
• Strong technical US tax knowledge and understanding of book-to-tax adjustments for fund structures.
• Knowledge of fund-level tax compliance and the tax requirements of different fund structures.
• Knowledge of US reporting for foreign investments, including PFICs.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, flexibility, and ability to influence senior business stakeholders.
