What you will do

• Build and scale systems powering hirify.global products for fast, reliable performance at millions of users.
• Implement and maintain features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, owning from architecture to production.
• Design backend services, APIs, and infrastructure components built for scale.
• Collaborate with ML, design, and product teams to create intuitive user experiences.
• Drive full development lifecycle from technical planning to post-release iteration.
• Shape technical direction, engineering culture, and product strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience designing, building, and shipping production products at senior levels.
• Deep fullstack experience or strong backend; fluent in React/TypeScript and/or Golang/Rust.
• Solid systems design, performance tradeoffs, scalable architecture for millions of users.
• Strong product sense for technical decisions, prioritizing speed vs. foundational work.
• End-to-end ownership: architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring, iteration.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, driving organizational clarity.
