Junior Accountant

Location: Remote (Latvia) or hybrid in Riga

Salary: EUR 1,200–1,300 gross

What you will do

• Monitor and process company credit and debit card transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee reimbursement and expense claims.
• Record and account for vendor invoices and banking documents in accordance with accounting procedures.
• Support the accounting team with various day-to-day accounting tasks and assignments.

Requirements

• Degree or current enrollment in an accounting, economics, or finance program.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong English skills for collaboration within an international team.
• Initiative and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience working in accounting or with accounting software.
• Experience in creditor or accounts payable accounting.
