Procurement Manager

What you will do

• Handle full-cycle operational procurement from requisition to goods receipt
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of components, materials, equipment, and services
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contracts, and performance evaluation
• Collaborate with R&D and Engineering teams on technical requirements and Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Conduct procurement in Ukraine, Europe, and the United States, working with customs brokers
• Maintain documentation, supplier databases, and reporting in ERP systems; improve processes

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
• Hands-on experience in supplier negotiations and contract/framework agreement management
• Understanding of BOMs, technical specifications, and industrial materials
• Practical experience working with ERP systems
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, mechanical engineering, aviation, or hardware development
