What you will do

• Contribute to full software development lifecycle from design to implementation and improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum team across Nordic countries to deliver reliable solutions
• Write clean, maintainable code in React/Next.js and .NET, owning quality and technical outcomes
• Explore AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous process improvement
• Share knowledge and develop skills within the developer community

Requirements

• Good/excellent English for daily communication with international colleagues
• Several years hands-on software development experience (mid to senior level)
• Strong C#/.NET backend with RESTful APIs
• React and TypeScript/JavaScript frontend experience
• Git workflows, SQL Server/Entity Framework or NoSQL, HTML/CSS, API integrations
• Strong debugging, analytical skills, and collaborative mindset
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have

• ASP.NET Core 8.0, MVC, Razor
• Azure Cloud, DevOps, IaC (Terraform, Bicep)
• GitHub Copilot or other AI tools
