What you will do

• Propose and lead data and AI initiatives for hirify.global Group business units and external clients.
• Manage AI projects end-to-end, from project kick-off to final delivery and reporting.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses using user demographics, purchase data, and online/offline behavioral data.
• Lead system development efforts in collaboration with engineering teams to operationalize and scale AI initiatives.
• Report on business impact and value delivered through data initiatives to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in data-oriented projects that apply data science to business problems.
• Proven project management skills for mid-to-large scale projects across multiple departments.
• Strong capability in structured thinking, hypothesis formulation, and data-driven analysis.
• Business level communication in both English and Japanese (TOEIC 800+).
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.

Nice to have

• Technical skills in Python and SQL for data modeling and large dataset extraction.
• Prior work experience in a specialized data science or data analytics firm.
• Experience working in a management consulting firm.
• Experience presenting strategic initiatives to CxO-level executives.
