What you will do
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to design scalable technical solutions that solve complex client challenges.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and build Proofs of Concept (POCs) within the platform.
- Lead the technical response for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring all requirements are addressed.
- Act as a technical liaison between internal development teams, external partners, and clients.
- Deliver technical presentations and online demonstrations to promote the platform to prospective clients.
- Provide feedback to the Product team to help shape future product development and roadmaps.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Architect with extensive demo experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis (ETL, DB) and business analysis.
- Ability to create and articulate process diagrams, flows, and Use Case Diagrams (UML).
- Knowledge of eCommerce and CRM solutions (Adobe, Shopify, Salesforce, or Dynamics) is mandatory.
- Location: Must be based in Sydney.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to have
- Applied experience with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST APIs.
- Experience within the digital marketing industry.
- Previous experience in team leadership or management.
