What you will do

• Advise on model behavior, domain-specific logic, professional integrity, and model governance.
• Partner with product, research, delivery, and go-to-market teams to design small-scale tasks for frontier model evaluation.
• Represent Scale AI and the Human Frontier Collective as a subject matter expert in sales cycles, executive meetings, and conferences.
• Contribute to technical content, strategic go-to-market materials, research reports, and academic papers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary network of researchers and domain experts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience and deep expertise in finance, legal, medical, or a related field.
• Senior professional background, such as a C-suite, VP, director, partner, senior counsel, board-certified physician, or equivalent domain expert.
• Bachelor’s, master’s, PhD, MD/DO, or JD degree with significant professional practice experience.
• Research experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and committed to interdisciplinary collaboration.
