What you will do

• Provide senior advisory on model behavior and domain-specific logic for professional integrity benchmarks.
• Collaborate with research, delivery, and GTM teams to design tasks translating expert intuition into evaluation frameworks.
• Represent HFC as subject matter expert in sales cycles, executive meetings, and conferences.
• Create technical content and GTM assets positioning Scale as industry leader.
• Co-author research reports and papers with Scale’s research team.
• Join interdisciplinary network of AI researchers and innovators.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant industry experience with top-tier domain knowledge in finance, legal, medical, or related fields.
• Proven track record operating at top of field in high-impact environments (e.g., C-Suite IB/PE/VC, Big Law partners, board-certified MDs).
• Advanced degrees (PhD, Masters, MD/DO, JD) with significant practice experience.
• Demonstrated research experience, analytical thinking, problem formulation, and interest in AI applications.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, with passion for applied AI research and collaboration.

• Background from elite firms: Goldman Sachs/Blackstone (finance), V100/Big Law (legal), Mayo/Cleveland Clinic (medical).
