What you will do

• Analyze and resolve studio-reported incidents and prepare reports for disciplinary actions or staff evaluations.
• Perform detailed technical analysis of roulette wheels to detect deviations and ensure gameplay integrity.
• Conduct routine and advanced testing of online gaming surveillance software in collaboration with QA teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive logs and reports to document activities and testing results.
• Perform physical inspections and monitor online platforms for suspicious activities.
• Validate the performance of surveillance systems and recommend necessary improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader Surveillance Operator in iGaming, fraud, or risk management.
• Technical proficiency in operating surveillance software, video monitor consoles, and security devices.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible 8-hour shifts, including weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 for reporting and document management.

Nice to have

• Expertise in technical analysis and calibration of roulette wheels.
• Familiarity with advanced surveillance technology and software.
• Fluency in an additional language for cross-regional communication.
