What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical design and execution of integrations between hirify.global and SAP environments (S/4HANA, ECC, Service Cloud, CRM).
• Define integration patterns using SAP BTP Integration Suite, API Management, Event Mesh, and OData/REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement iFlows and API connectors to enable AI agents to handle order management, customer data, and transactional queries.
• Manage connectivity within strict enterprise security policies and authorization models such as SAP IAS and OAuth2.
• Collaborate with customer SAP Basis and BTP teams to align architectures, test plans, and rollout procedures.
• Provide structured product feedback to translate field experience into improved integration capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in SAP integration engineering, SAP BTP development, or SAP technical consulting.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) for designing and operating iFlows and API proxies.
• Solid understanding of SAP data models across S/4HANA, ECC, Service Cloud, or CRM.
• Proficiency with OData (v2/v4), REST, SOAP, and SAP IAS/XSUAA authentication patterns.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in the USA (E-verify employer).

Nice to have

• Experience with conversational AI, contact center platforms, or CX technology stacks in an SAP context.
• Familiarity with SAP AI Core, SAP Agent Builder, or similar AI extensions.
• Experience working with or for SAP system integrators in delivery or presales engineering.
