What you will do

• Lead execution of campaigns from master assets to localized adaptations across digital and ATL touchpoints
• Design high-quality layouts, key visuals, and presentation decks aligned with brand guidelines
• Adapt global campaigns into market-specific assets ensuring relevance and consistency
• Translate briefs into visual directions and structured creative outputs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cohesive work across brand touchpoints
• Support concept development, write social media copy, and oversee production processes

Requirements

• Min. 4 years as Art Director or Digital Designer in agency
• Strong portfolio in layout design, campaign execution, digital-first thinking
• Excellent Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/Figma)
• Solid design systems, typography, grids, responsive layouts
• Experience in campaign adaptation across channels
• Intermediate Swedish copywriting for social/digital; fluent Swedish and English

Nice to have

• Experience guiding production, shoots, post-production
