What you will do

• Own the app hosting and deployment pipeline serving user applications in production
• Manage and operate composable managed services for storage, logging, workflows, and more
• Build and maintain custom domains infrastructure with reliable SSL provisioning and DNS management at scale
• Drive vendor evaluation, onboarding, and migrations to best-of-breed services
• Establish operational excellence: monitoring, alerting, incident response, runbooks, and capacity planning

Requirements

• Experience building and operating distributed systems
• Strong background in platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure operations
• Deep understanding of multitenant app hosting infrastructure, container orchestration, or edge runtimes
• Vendor management experience: evaluating services, negotiating contracts, planning migrations, holding vendors accountable for SLAs
• Operational mindset focused on uptime, latency percentiles, cost-per-request, and blast radius
• Application in English as company language

Nice to have

• Experience building massively multitenant control planes
• Operating Cloudflare Workers, Pages, R2, or D1 at scale
• Contributions to cloud infrastructure or CNCF projects (Kubernetes, etc.)
• Familiarity with ClickHouse or columnar databases for log analytics
• Experience with managed database services (Supabase, Neon, AWS Aurora, etc.)
• Cost optimization driving infrastructure cost reduction
