What you will do

• Perform manual medical summarization of clinical documents according to evolving specifications.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated summaries for accuracy, completeness, and clinical relevance.
• Collaborate with the team to improve task definitions, edge case handling, and annotation consistency.
• Support anonymization efforts and validate the performance of AI models by annotating medical data.

Requirements

• Master's student (or beyond) in the medical field with an affinity for technology.
• Native-level Dutch proficiency.
• Must be based in the Netherlands.
• Availability for a minimum of 8 hours per week.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently with clinical ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical records or referral letters.
• Familiarity with annotation tools or structured data extraction.
• Interest in medical AI or clinical NLP.
