What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET Core and C#.
• Build and evolve microservices within a distributed architecture using event-driven asynchronous patterns.
• Develop RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Participate in system design and architectural discussions to ensure performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA specialists.
• Contribute to CI/CD and containerized deployment workflows.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience with .NET Core and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Solid knowledge of REST API design and SQL/Relational Databases.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

• Experience in the healthcare domain or clinical research platforms.
