What you will do

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with Product Managers and stakeholders.
• Translate business initiatives into structured BRDs, SRS documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Document complex trading logic, including margin calculations, leverage rules, swap logic, and commission models.
• Prepare flow diagrams and process maps to eliminate ambiguity in system logic.
• Manage structured Jira tickets (EPICs, Features, Stories) and maintain version-controlled documentation in Confluence.
• Collaborate with BI teams on reporting requirements and support QA in validating functional outcomes.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in fintech, brokerage, or financial services.
• Proven experience writing SRS, BRD, and structured functional documentation.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for requirements management.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Understanding of trading mechanics, such as CFDs, margin, and leverage.
