Location: Hybrid in Minsk, Belarus (4 days a week in-office work required)

What you will do

• Architect, build, and maintain full stack applications using Vue.js, Node.js, and PHP.
• Take ownership of significant system components across the frontend, backend services, and APIs.
• Contribute to architectural design, technical planning, and the definition of engineering best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable code and ensure quality through rigorous code reviews using AI tools.
• Collaborate with US and Israel-based teams to translate product requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the entire stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong experience with modern frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• Hands-on expertise with Node.js and frameworks like Express, NestJS, or Fastify.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and relational databases (SQL).
• Experience building SaaS products or complex web platforms from end to end.
• Must be based in Minsk, Belarus for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of PHP.
• Experience with Android / Kotlin development.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of websockets, socket.io, and Postgres query optimization.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu.
