Location: Hybrid in Minsk, Belarus (up to 4 days a week in office). Must be available for at least 3 hours of overlap with the U.S. Eastern time zone daily.

What you will do

• Design and develop high-quality Android applications using Kotlin for a new Restaurant POS platform.
• Integrate AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude into daily development, testing, and review workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and designers across Minsk, Israel, and the U.S.
• Build and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Perform code reviews and resolve bugs to maintain high coding standards across the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Android development using Kotlin.
• Deep knowledge of the Android platform, including SDK, internals, and behavior across various screen sizes.
• Proven experience using AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude) as a core part of daily development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile app deployment.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and web technologies.
• Good English skills, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment devices and hardware integrations.
• Working knowledge of PHP or SQLite.
• iOS development experience for cross-platform expansion.
