TL;DR

Junior Growth Engineer (Nuxt/Vue): Building landing pages, A/B experiments, and tracking for growth surfaces with an accent on SEO, web performance, and agentic AI workflows. Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (flexible remote up to 4 days/month + 3 non-consecutive weeks/year)

hirify.global is an AI-powered spend management platform that simplifies procurement, payments, expenses, and accounting for companies up to 1,000 employees.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain pages/components on hirify.global and CFO Connect sites using Nuxt.js and Storyblok (landing pages, blog, product pages)
  • Implement A/B tests, UX variants, and translate experiment results into site improvements
  • Apply SEO best practices (metadata, structured data, semantic HTML) and monitor Core Web Vitals
  • Set up tracking events/funnels via Segment and verify in Amplitude/Google Analytics
  • Contribute to agentic AI workflows for marketing and GTM
  • Participate in code reviews, write clean code, and use AI tools daily for development

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken English (business language)
  • Up to 2 years frontend experience (internship, bootcamp, projects)
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
  • Basic understanding of Vue.js or similar framework (React, Svelte)
  • Comfort using AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT) daily
  • Curiosity about web performance, UX, business outcomes; strong attention to detail

  • Exposure to Nuxt.js or headless CMS like Storyblok
