What you will do
- Manage the monetization calendar, maintaining sales and activity plans for events and promotions.
- Prepare and refine technical specifications for monetization activities based on internal feedback.
- Configure in-game systems, including the shop, missions, and notifications, using admin panels.
- Collaborate with publishing, development, analytics, 2D, and localization teams to deliver version-related tasks.
- Conduct analysis of event and sales performance by working with dashboards and comparing key metrics.
- Monitor activity settings and handle operational incidents, such as bugs and compensations.
Requirements
- Understanding of Free-to-Play (F2P) game principles and monetization systems.
- Knowledge of product metrics, including ARPU, ARPPU, MAU/DAU, and conversion rates.
- Confident proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns in data.
- High attention to detail and ability to work within templates and deadlines.
- Must be based in or able to work from Limassol, Cyprus
