What you will do

• Develop and enhance automated reporting tools and statistical dashboards used across the organization.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure reporting standards and automation procedures are upheld.
• Collaborate with data analytics, operations, and engineering teams to optimize process efficiency.
• Build scalable automation solutions for streamlined data collection, transformation, and visualization.
• Establish best practices for reporting workflows and solve moderately complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience with Python, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Qlik).
• Foundational understanding of reporting frameworks, data pipelines, and automation tools.
• Basic knowledge of software development principles, including version control, testing, and deployment.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Must be based in or near Bucharest, Romania.
• Fluent English proficiency is required to communicate complex technical ideas.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Certifications in data engineering and automation.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools or reporting lifecycle management systems.
