What you will do

• Collaborate with narrative designers and artists to explore and iterate on gameplay and visual direction.
• Work with the Art Director and Principal Artist to establish the vision for each game season.
• Create 3D models that capture the appeal and charm of established art pillars from 2D concepts.
• Manage and coach the Art Outsourcing Team to ensure assets meet the required quality bar.
• Integrate 3D assets into Unity, optimizing the technical pipeline for seamless export.
• Mentor and manage junior and mid-level 3D artists, leading daily stand-ups and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a 3D Artist in the game industry.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or senior artist role.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling (3dsMax, Maya, or Blender) and 2D texturing (Photoshop).
• Experience with 3D texturing tools such as Substance or 3DCoat.
• Proven track record of shipping multiple titles, specifically with casual mobile game art styles.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Barcelona office on a hybrid basis.
