What you will do

• Manage the full consulting lifecycle, including presales, product demonstrations, analysis, and end-user training.
• Evaluate customer business processes against standard D365 F&O functionality and document detailed business requirements.
• Develop functional design documents to drive the development process and align with business objectives.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and train customer resources for successful application maintenance.
• Collaborate with global teams and developers to ensure technical standards for functionality and documentation.
• Provide ongoing production support and stay updated on the latest D365 F&O features.

Requirements

• Must be based in Taiwan for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Proven experience as a D365 F&O Subject Matter Expert, specifically within the SCM (WMS/Production) module.
• Full project implementation experience using Microsoft Sure Step or similar best-practice methodologies.
• Strong skills in developing functional specifications for enhancements and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related professional qualification.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a global team.
