What you will do

• Evaluate end-user business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Lead technical working groups and support the resolution of critical customer issues.
• Document system interfaces, API specifications, data mapping, transformation rules, and validation logic.
• Develop analysis artefacts such as process maps, user stories, use cases, and solution design inputs.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure requirements are translated into implementable technical outcomes.
• Plan and execute testing activities, including system testing, UAT coordination, and defect triage.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Technical BA or Systems Analyst delivering complex ICT programs in Federal Government environments.
• Must hold an active AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance.
• Extensive experience with Azure migration (re-host/re-platform), including landing zone readiness and identity/access management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven capability to produce system context diagrams, interface specifications, and data models.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
