Location: Hybrid in Canberra, Australia. Must already hold an active AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance.

What you will do
- Evaluate end-user business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
- Lead technical working groups and support the resolution of critical customer issues.
- Document system interfaces, API specifications, data mapping, transformation rules, and validation logic.
- Develop analysis artefacts such as process maps, user stories, use cases, and solution design inputs.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure requirements are translated into implementable technical outcomes.
- Plan and execute testing activities, including system testing, UAT coordination, and defect triage.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Senior Technical BA or Systems Analyst delivering complex ICT programs in Federal Government environments.
- Must hold an active AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance.
- Extensive experience with Azure migration (re-host/re-platform), including landing zone readiness and identity/access management.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven capability to produce system context diagrams, interface specifications, and data models.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
