What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap for deposit and withdrawal areas
• Align initiatives with business goals, user needs, and market opportunities through discovery and research
• Prioritize backlog, write user stories, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations for on-time releases
• Lead internal rollouts and training to drive adoption
• Define success metrics, optimize based on data and feedback
• Ensure regulatory alignment with Compliance and Risk teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech environments
• Experience in cross-border transactions
• Sufficient technical literacy in AI technologies (e.g., Claude, agent frameworks)
• Technical fluency for APIs, database structures, and system architecture
• Experience with data-driven frameworks like RICE or Kano
• Excellent communication to translate business into technical requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, or related

• Success launching and scaling trading or brokerage products
• Strong commercial acumen balancing UX, regulations, and revenue
