What you will do
- Define and communicate product vision and roadmap for deposit and withdrawal areas
- Align initiatives with business goals, user needs, and market opportunities through discovery and research
- Prioritize backlog, write user stories, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations for on-time releases
- Lead internal rollouts and training to drive adoption
- Define success metrics, optimize based on data and feedback
- Ensure regulatory alignment with Compliance and Risk teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech environments
- Experience in cross-border transactions
- Sufficient technical literacy in AI technologies (e.g., Claude, agent frameworks)
- Technical fluency for APIs, database structures, and system architecture
- Experience with data-driven frameworks like RICE or Kano
- Excellent communication to translate business into technical requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, or related

- Success launching and scaling trading or brokerage products
- Strong commercial acumen balancing UX, regulations, and revenue
