TL;DR

Design Director (Advertising): Lead the creative vision and execution of hirify.global's global marketing assets from product launches to sustain campaigns with an accent on high-impact video, photography, and CGI-driven content. Focus on directing multidisciplinary teams, managing external agencies, and integrating emerging AI workflows for best-in-class digital marketing across channels.

Location: Singapore (onsite, full-time)

What you will do

  • Lead creative process from concept to execution for global product launches and advertising campaigns.
  • Define and uphold visual standards, ensuring brand consistency and excellence across all assets.
  • Direct multidisciplinary in-house team including 2D/3D motion designers, art directors, and copywriters.
  • Manage external CGI and production agencies, video production teams, workflows, timelines, and budgets.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling creative output.
  • Integrate video content into marketing, eTail, retail, PR, and social channels for maximum impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in art direction with agency background in advertising or film production
  • Degree in Film, Motion Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience/portfolio.
  • Proven experience leading launch/sustain campaigns for consumer products or tech brands.
  • Deep expertise in CGI workflows for marketing/advertising; strong portfolio in video, photography, CGI storytelling.
  • Demonstrated team leadership, planning, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Track record leading creative strategy for global brands in gaming, entertainment, consumer tech; knowledge of AI tools.
