What you will do

• Define unified experience vision and cross-product navigation patterns for MomentiveIQ portfolio.
• Establish design systems and interaction patterns for AI interfaces including conversational UX, recommendations, and agentic workflows.
• Own information architecture for surfacing AI-generated insights across products.
• Lead user research, usability testing, and validation for cross-product experiences.
• Partner with product, engineering, and architecture teams to align platform capabilities with user experiences.
• Build and maintain design standards, advocate for portfolio-wide coherence, and use AI tools to accelerate design processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in design, HCI, or equivalent; 8+ years UX/product design experience, 3+ years senior/lead.
• Direct experience with cross-product/platform experiences and AI-powered interfaces in production (conversational UX, recommendations, agentic patterns).
• Track record establishing design systems adopted across teams.
• Systems-level design thinking, AI interaction challenges expertise, strong information architecture in multi-product environments.
• Experience using AI tools in design workflow; excellent communication, leadership, and pragmatic decision-making.
• Background in SaaS/enterprise software preferred; association/non-profit space a bonus.
