TL;DR

Software Engineer (iOS): Architect and develop reusable, scalable custom iOS components and SDKs for integration across multiple mobile applications with an accent on performance, maintainability, and App Store compliance. Focus on leading prototypes and proofs of concept, optimizing code efficiency, adopting emerging technologies, and overseeing deployments to App Store and TestFlight.

Location: Singapore (onsite)

What you will do

  • Architect and develop reusable, scalable iOS components and SDKs for multiple applications.
  • Lead prototypes, proofs of concept, and complex technical solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize code for maintainability, performance, and efficiency.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies like React Native or Flutter for cross-platform development.
  • Ensure applications use latest Swift, iOS features, and App Store standards.
  • Oversee deployments to App Store, TestFlight, and Firebase.
  • Collaborate with teams, provide technical leadership and mentorship to juniors, and maintain documentation.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with software design patterns.
  • Solid understanding of iOS application lifecycle.
  • Experience with Xcode Workspace, Submodules, and Cocoapods.
  • Experience with Core Data, Core Animation, and Core Graphics.
  • Extensive experience with offline storage, threading, and memory management.
  • Experience with REST API, JSON, and XML.
  • Extensive experience with GIT and Bitbucket.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI Coding Assistants.
  • Experience with BLE and Wi-Fi supported iOS apps.
  • Experience with SwiftUI.
  • Experience with iOS keychain and cryptography.
  • Significant experience with unit testing, test plans, and testable code.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
