AI Software Engineer

TL;DR

Location: Singapore office (onsite), may require up to 1 travel trip per year

What you will do

• Implement and optimize AI/ML models in production using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Deploy models via RESTful APIs, gRPC, or edge computing, with monitoring, logging, and error-handling.
• Design secure, performant APIs and microservices to integrate AI into software systems.
• Build scalable AI pipelines for real-time and batch processing, applying MLOps and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with data scientists, DevOps, and cloud engineers to deploy research models to production.
• Monitor production performance, optimize latency/availability, and stay current with AI/ML trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years in AI/ML software development with proven production deployments
• Strong programming in Python, Java, or C++
• Hands-on with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with edge deployment (TensorRT, ONNX, TFLite), IaC (Terraform), databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector), and distributed computing (Spark, Dask)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, AI, or similar
• Excellent communication skills and ability to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment
