Nurse Coordinator (Healthcare)

Location: Kuwait; frequent travel to clients and partners, including travel to the UAE for training if needed

What you will do

• Provide skilled nursing care in community and home-care settings under physician orders and established care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, pain control, cardiac status, mental status, and other patient health indicators.
• Prepare and administer medications, including injections, IVs, inhalation, oral medications, infusions, and rectal medications.
• Perform wound assessments, dressing changes, general nursing care, patient education, and family or caregiver support.
• Report adverse events, product complaints, and changes in patient health according to client requirements, company procedures, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, patients, and program staff while maintaining patient files and quality assurance reports.

Requirements

• BS degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting and demonstrated direct patient-care experience.
• Local health authority license or eligibility letter required.
• Excellent command of English required.
• Current CPR and/or First Aid certification.
• Good Standing Certificate issued within the last six months.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of advanced foot care.
• Experience using nursing equipment such as ECG machines, spirometry devices, and patient monitors.
