Salary: €135,000 - €160,000

What you will do

• Deliver Temporal DevDays, the flagship on-site technical enablement program, tailored to enterprise account use cases and architectures.
• Prepare and lead hands-on labs, architectural walkthroughs, and workshop sessions for senior engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Account Executives to scope engagements and ensure strong adoption outcomes.
• Produce high-quality technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, architectural guides, and videos.
• Host enterprise office hours and deliver webinars on complex workflow patterns and AI-powered agentic backends.
• Surface product gaps and developer experience friction from the EMEA market to the broader Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Based in Berlin, Germany, with the right to work in Germany.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on distributed systems.
• Proficiency in one or more Temporal SDK languages: Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript.
• Comfort with approximately 50% travel within EMEA and occasional international travel.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical workshops and enablement sessions for senior engineering audiences.
• English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German and Spanish.
• Prior experience in Developer Relations, Solutions Architecture, or Solutions Engineering in an enterprise capacity.
• Familiarity with Temporal Cloud, AI/agentic backends, LLM orchestration, and Nexus.
• Existing relationships within European enterprise engineering communities or partner ecosystems.
