What you will do

• Develop and design code using various frontend and backend languages for internal and external client software solutions.
• Manage the full software development life cycle, including coding, debugging, testing, and validating applications.
• Analyze existing logic and formulate detailed specifications for new application features and procedures.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to align technical implementations with client needs.
• Ensure all developments adhere to industry security standards, specifically Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior software engineers.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in coding, designing, and analyzing data.
• Advanced knowledge of at least one modern backend language and moderate proficiency in frontend technologies.
• Proven experience working with various APIs and external services.
• Experience with both relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Experience with IBM Rational Tools.
