What you will do

• Manage projects and coordinate technical workload for hospitality fire & life safety consulting across Europe and Africa.
• Travel extensively (over 50%) to support meetings, workshops, and inspections.
• Attend client meetings, manage expectations, and complete tasks on schedule and within budget as hirify.global representative.
• Prepare and present technical reports and presentations.
• Conduct design reviews with increasing autonomy in a team environment.
• Participate in business development, including client meetings and proposal development.

Requirements

• Technical Degree in any Engineering speciality.
• Past experience in site inspection, code consulting, design of fire suppression & alarm systems, or performance-based strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, writing, public speaking).
• Italian language skills required; German/French desirable.
• Strong analytical, creative thinking, report writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with frequent travel and client interaction.

Nice to have

• Chartered Engineer or PE.
• Previous experience in hospitality sector.
